Evangelist Harralyn Rawls
(Vice-President & Executive Director)

Rev. & Evang. Rawls founded Fellowship Community Outreach Ministry in 2004. Originated in Knovxville, TN. Rev. Rawls is a native of Detroit, Michigan & Evang. Rawls is a native of Atlanta, Georgia. Rev. Rawls began in the Ministry in 2003, Evang. Rawls joined her husband in Ministry later in 2004. Collectively they share 7 children and 6 grandchildren. 

While Fellowship Community Outreach host church services in the community at various locations. Rev & Evang. Rawls are faithful members of First Iconium Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev. Timothy McDonald.

Welcome to Fellowship Community Outreach website. Fellowship Community Outreach was founded in 2004 by Mr. & Mrs. James & Harralyn Rawls.



We offer a wide mirad of services such as:

- Domestic Violence Awareness & Assistance

- Health Awareness & Resources (Lupus, Fibromyalgia,       Diabetes & Cancer) 

- Youth Mentoring

- Teen parenting prevention & assistance

- Women's Ministry 

- Community Resources

And much more


Direct Services are available through Michigan.Community Resources are available for individuals and families throughout the United States of America.

OUR MISSION

Fellowship Outreach Ministry’s mission is to empowering individuals & families with knowledge and resources to change and improve their lives.  To assist families / individuals, who have been impacted by domestic violence, substance abuse and/or financial hardships. Our mission is based on a compassionate hand out and hand up as we respect the dignity of each person we serve. Fellowship Outreach Ministry is to model the love and compassion of Jesus Christ by providing services to the needy. The spiritual preference of all families and individuals we serve will  be respected and individuals /families will be treated fairly and with love. This mission is to be carried out by a volunteer work force using donated goods and services. Our mission is to offer long term & short term help as needed. It is our desire to assist those within our community wherever there is a need and offer them a rewarding ministry opportunity that will encompass giving back to the community through charitable initiatives, workshops and on-going programs.​
